My terms for working together are pretty straightforward and are designed to produce the best outcome for both of us. Please read them before working with me.

Cancellation Policy - This is important!

I require a minimum of 3 days' notice of change or cancellation of a session. If you do not turn up or give me less than 3 days' notice, I will count the session as used.

Given my limited availability in any one week, I recommend that you consider appointments with me as fixed once you have booked them.

Duration of programmes

For 4 session packages, all sessions should normally be taken within 8-10 weeks. If it is stretched out any further, the process loses momentum. Please let me know in advance if this will not be possible for you (due to travel for instance).

For 3 session packages, all sessions should normally be taken within 6-7 weeks.

Single Problem Buster sessions should be taken within 4 weeks of paying for them.

About sessions

Each session lasts 40 minutes unless otherwise stated in the particular package you are booking.

Please call me at the appointment time on 020 8444 2180.

It's important for you to call on time. I can not extend our session if we start the call late.

If you don't turn up within 15 minutes (unless you warn me), I will assume you have missed the session.

Please call me on a landline rather than a mobile or on Skype (or other Voice over IP system). If you are outside the UK, google "Cheap calls to the UK" to find cheap call providers. I prefer not to use Skype and similar systems as they introduce a small time delay which reduces the quality of contact in sessions. I am willing to use Skype if it is the only method for you to call the UK cheaply but please contact me about it first.

Please call me from a place you can concentrate, will not be overheard and will not be interrupted. This is precious time to focus on yourself and it's worth protecting!

Please bring your diary with you to timetable any actions that come out of the session. And bring something to take notes on.

We usually book the first session appointment at the time you make the payment. We set subsequent appointments at the end of each session.

Payment and refunds:

Payment for the whole coaching programme is taken at the start.

Payment is by credit card using a secure online service - either Paypal or Google Checkout.

Refunds:

Part of the reason for charging in advance is to encourage clients to commit fully to the entire programme. However if for some reason you felt at the end of the first session that you really do not want to work with me further, please tell me before we finish the session and I will arrange a refund for the value of the remaining 2 sessions. I do not give refunds after this point.

Notes about the process

It's important to realise that my role is not to hand you all the answers to your future career/business direction. My job is to guide you through the thinking and action that will provide you with new insights and options for your work. Where I can, I will also offer you my best tips from my specialist expertise and experience. Ultimately, only you can tell whether these tips are right for you.

It's important that you are willing to engage in the exploration during the sessions and take action between the sessions. You will then finish the programme with new insights, new ideas and where relevant, a shortlist of paths to investigate further.
